Privacy Notice — Visurly (reservation period)

Last updated: 2026-04-22

Who we are

Visurly is an independent property-verification service in the process of launching. This website is currently in its reservation period: we are taking reservation requests but have not yet opened for paid orders.

The data controller is the Israeli entity operating Visurly. For questions about this notice, email hello@visurly.com.

Scope of this processing

This website is operating a short, limited reservation-interest test over approximately 14 days. Processing is occasional, low-risk, and involves no special-category data. For any UK or EU data-protection request, contact us directly at hello@visurly.com and we will respond within 30 days.

What we collect

If you reserve a slot: your email address, your explicit consent (timestamped), the referrer, UTM parameters from the link you clicked, and the time of submission.

If you only browse: Plausible Analytics (cookieless, EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant) counts anonymous page views and clicks. Google Ads receives a conversion signal if you arrived from a Google ad and clicked a call-to-action; it does not receive your email.

Why, and on what legal basis

Your reservation email: legal basis = your consent (UK GDPR / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and PECR Reg. 22). You ticked a box to receive one email when a slot is available.

Analytics & conversion measurement: legal basis = our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding whether our landing page works. Plausible is cookieless and does not identify you. Google Ads conversions are aggregate and do not include your email.

How long we keep it

We keep your reservation email until (a) we send you the slot-available notification and you reply or act on it, or (b) six months from signup, whichever is sooner. After that, the email is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@visurly.com and we'll action it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Processors we use

Cookies & tracking

We do not use advertising cookies on this site. Plausible is cookieless. Google Ads conversion tracking uses a single first-party cookie (`_gcl_aw`) to attribute a click to a conversion; this is a legitimate-interest measurement purpose and does not identify you personally.
